Your access to and use of the Website, the Content and the IP Rights is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By browsing the Website you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions. You should check these each time you revisit the Website.
- You are entitled to use this Website if you are buying weather data for your internal business purposes or your personal use only.
- All content appearing on the Website including, but not limited to, text and data (the "Content") is owned by MG or its licensors. All copyright, database rights and all other intellectual property rights in and relating to the MG name and the Content (the "IP Rights") are owned by MG or its licensors. No part of the Website may be reproduced or displayed in public, communicated to the public or used for any other purpose than viewing the Website without the consent of MG (for example under a Data Licence Agreement). You may not amend, edit, frame or modify all or any of the website without the express written permission of MG.
