  1. The MeteoArchive website (the "Website") is owned and operated by MeteoGroup Deutschland GmbH, Gradestraße 50, 12347 Berlin, Germany ("MG", "we" or "us"). Your access to and use of the Website, the Content and the IP Rights is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By browsing the Website you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions. You should check these each time you revisit the Website.

  2. You are entitled to use this Website if you are buying weather data for your internal business purposes or your personal use only.

  3. All content appearing on the Website including, but not limited to, text and data (the "Content") is owned by MG or its licensors. All copyright, database rights and all other intellectual property rights in and relating to the MG name and the Content (the "IP Rights") are owned by MG or its licensors. No part of the Website may be reproduced or displayed in public, communicated to the public or used for any other purpose than viewing the Website without the consent of MG (for example under a Data Licence Agreement). You may not amend, edit, frame or modify all or any of the website without the express written permission of MG.

  4. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the service, MG accepts no responsibility for any use made of the information provided and shall not be liable for any loss suffered thereby (except for direct loss suffered by you to the extent arising out of MG's negligence or wilful default) to the fullest extent that MG may exclude or limit such liability at law.

  7. Court of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be the competent court for MeteoGroup Deutschland GmbH domicile. The agreement shall be exclusively subject to German law.
